Has she deactivated her account?
When i search for my friend in search on facebook, i can click on to it but it just takes me back to my newsfeed. On a recent thread we were both in, her name appears black and unclickable and profile picture is the default facebook image?

She blocked you or she deactivated.

Go to your Friends List and See if Shes Still On There if She is Click on her Profile And it will tell you if Her Account Is Deactivated
