Can you still crop on Facebook?

I am wondering if you are still able to crop photos on Facebook, the crop app Picnik has moved to GooglePlus and the Options under your image on Facebook no longer display crop. Please assist.

These photos are on a Facebook page and not on my personal Facebook.


Can you explain how? Please make sure the methods are up to date! Thanks!

1) download the pictures from Fb
2) upload them in the websites below
3) then you can Resize, shrink, and crop your pictures.
