IMO - Social marketing would include finding a niche market and appealing to the mass consciousness of it. Tree Huggers/whale watchers, that kind of thing. "No animals were used in the testing of our products"
Ethical Corporate behavior - a good example The ENRON debacle. These folks were rotten top to bottom.
