Sure you upload own photos o facebook. Go to the status box and click the upload photo button and chose the options 1. upload photo from computer or 2. upload photo from webcam. As you wish upload photo.

It depends on ur age. I would suggest not join facebook till u r 18+.
It will waster ur time.

Yes you can but for security reasons i don't think it's a good thing. If you really want to upload your pics than i want suggest that use security options on your pictures.
