Can I do browser specific targeting when giving Facebook Ads?
I'd like to target only "chrome" users on Desktop. Where can I find the option in targeting parameters that would allow me to exclude mobile users and specify certain browser types?

Facebook does not currently offer an option to include or exclude by browser.
