Does Facebook tell everyone what your doing on different sites?
Does it update everyone when you post a yahoo answer/ question or when you read/fav a fanfiction story from fanfiction.net? Cause if so privacy isn't existent anymore

No, Unless you share the information using the facebook share button. Or unless you hit like Facebook like button, FB will not share anything. The best way to avoid it is, use fFB and logout once done with it. Then do your regular browsing. So if there is no current session ongoing with FB, no sight can access your information without your permission.
