Where do I send my CRITICISMs of the new OUTLOOK from HOTMAIL tragedy.?

Trying to alert Outlook.com WHAT THEY NEED TO FIX, that was EASY in HOTMAIL,
BUT, I cannot find a Contact button or a HELP button.

BQ: Will my Migration of Hotmail Files to Outlook.com, result in Payment, whereas Hotmail was free.

To see contacts. you click the drop down arrow up at the top and click people. You can manage your contacts from all your services here. Mail, Facebook, Twitter, Skype, etc. A bit silly I know, but when sending emails it auto completes people you might want to send messages to.

Hotmail files?

Everything you had will be free. If you stored on skydrive in hotmail they will be on skydrive in outlook.com.

To get feedback to microsoft click the settings gear in the top right. You can do a few things here. Feedback is at the bottom. A popular option is the colors of inbox that you can find here too.
