When, you were a child, did you share your toys with others while socializing, or did you view that as "sharing the wealth" and instead grabbed all the toys you could without any rules because "the free market says it's okay"?

Not at all, so your question is meaningless in it's generality.
There is no firm definition of right wing/left wing.
In the USA, most self defined right wing organizations condemn National Socialists (aka Nazis).
However, many self defined left wing organizations embraced communism, so communism is connected to the left for good reason.
It may be a good idea for you to study history, you may learn.
