why can I only search in messages of one week old?

I am trying to search my saved messages but the system is only showing messages of less than one week old. Why?

Maybe you've glitch, maybe your connection, processor too slow, nothing you can do, unless clear your cache & temporary files. How long that happens?

You can try to down load your FB data.

Go to Account Setting ➤ General Settings ➤ at the bottom you'll see "Down a copy of your FB data", click it ➤ Follow through ➤➤ ➤ click index.html ➤ Message
