how can i stop using facebook?
well this is pathetic I know but I dotn have real friends so I made a few on here and I need to stop cause its addictive just for like a week or so... so how can I keep myself from being tempted to go online? don't tell me to go outside and make real friends.... if you knew my town you'd know why I havent

Find a new outlet, for example:
Play some MMORPG. Write lyrics Study(?) Go to a gym or something Ads |

If going outside is not an option in your town, then you can still go online but not on Facebook specifically.
Youtube has tons of videos on different subjects, games, etc.; you can easily waste your time on Youtube watching all kinds of clips. |

that's easy, just don't go on facebook, watch tv, buy a console and play games, read books, go shopping, go for walks, listen to music
