I have an ipad. And i just discovered that i cant even watch my own videos that i recorded in my photos
And none of my friends are having this problem

Most videos are flash content and when you don't have an updated flash player it can cause some lag and you might no be able to watch. Update your flash player. Search up adobe flash player.
