What do you think personally?
I am a psychology major and I am doing an assignment based upon people's first impressions of others. Being that social media is a big part of our society. I decided to use social media and how people think of others based on our portrayals of ourselves on social media sites. So judging by this woman's facebook, what is your impression of her. (Note: the people used in this have given me permission) and no this is not my profile, this is not a "am I pretty question" Please give me specific feedback nothing like "she's pretty" For instance, judging by her wall posts, pics ect what kind of person do you think of her as? What is your impression? Thoughts? or any other feedback that may be useful
I asked this last night but got like only 2 answers that were not very useful. http://www.facebook.com/chantel.brookesvega Please and thank you. Respectfully, Amber Ads |

To me, the first impression of her is that she seems to have a really bubbly and friendly character. I understand she is a stay home mum, she seems to love her kids A LOT. I must also say, that she is beautiful. No offense to her though, she seems like the typical facebook girl that loves to post stuff to let everyone know. I guess she is very bonded to her family.

I don't see how this is for a psychology assignment if this is not a true profile and this is not a survey.
Stay at home mom, two kids, dog, using a teen pic for profile is much heavier and older now, cramps, passed out sick in front of her children and they had to take care of her, fed her kids lunchables instead of cooking dinner, 2 friends, shay-shay and rebecca, drinker, idealist, poser. Did your psych professor okay the details of this assignment? No, thought not. The feedback you get will be random and pointless to the assignment. Their is no control group. This is not scientific and psychology research demands the scientific method in its research. |
