someone shared my photo?

hello so right now on facebook a stranger shared my picture, I scrolled down his timeline and he'd shared some other peoples too. but then he shared another picture. and the first time he did this now was a shock for me and when I saw someone sharing my picture, my under arm hurt because I was shocked! is this normal? am I dying? illness? or is it normal that a part of your body hurts when you're shocked??? and I reported him to facebook
