problems with pages not fully loading , I have to refresh a lot.?

Everytime I was on a page on google chrome, like facebook and etc , the pages would sometimes not fully load and i have to refresh , so i started using firefox and it was fine for like a day and then now it's doing the same and the refresh button isn't helping it , I clear the history and cache and it helps for a while and then it's back to the same , i kinda noticed that when i played a facebook game on firefox that; that's when it started the whole glitch thing , i have Norton 360 and i ran a clean and all and it's cleared out all the cookies like 6 of them , and still the internet accesses glitch , any clue what it could be? is it just my wifi connection? I just switch cables company's, hope someone has answers.

Try updating all plugins Java/Flash.

Also, try running CCleaner on your system. Sounds like some cookies/cache still hasnt been cleared.

Clear all cache and cookies again and update your plugins.
