facebook messaging issue?

when I'm chatting to friends on facebook, I can send messages ok, but incoming messages will not appear until I reload the page. my internet connection is fine, help plz?
I've tried changing browsers, emptying the cache, clearing all browser history, all that and it still not working

Thats a Error With Facebook Please Contact Facebook at the Help Center and Report the Problem To Them

Try different browser and clean your browser's cache. Your problem can be solved. Another way is control your browser's java option.
