VERY simple my brother just keep a password with 3 small letters and 3 capitals and 3 numbers and 3 special symbols then by the overall with 12 letters you password would be unbreakable

Put your strong password.always log in same pc.always chance password.and put many email.

Make a strong password that no one could easily guess. For example, use both upper & lower case letters, a mix of numbers and symbols such as '@ " ! - #' etc. Don't put personal things in your password!!!
