Changing my Facebook age?

I have already changed my facebook age more than once, and I want to change it to over 18 so I can allow followers, because I think you need to be eighteen? If not let me know, but anyway I need to change it but is there away of bypassing these regulations or if I contact facebook and just tell them my friend changed it and I need to change it back, will they know Im not 18 and suspend my account? I'm not sure! Thanks

the limit is 3 times, and once you reach the limit, there is no way to change it again

and keep in mind facebook will delete your account if you lie about your age like you are doing
