Can someone make me an instagram account? i have it downloaded on my computer but need an account! please!?

Do you have a Play store and if you do, type in instagram. Next, click on that and click download and then there you have it! btw Your Welcome!!

I think you have to make the account on your iphone or what not. Sorry.
