That's beyond rude. That's simply inappropriate and can be considered sexual harassment.
And I'd have to say you're a scumbag for making out with someone who has a bf already and then telling her that you need to sleep with you in order to hang out.

Being busy and saying as a joke are no excuse. The lack of morals by which you live your life is seeping through this description. You might want to rethink your choices before things start crumbling apart for you. Nothing good happens to people that are in a cheating relationship.
