Can u really only upload from facebook?

Click on View Profile, place pointer at bottom of your picture until Change Picture Appears, Click on that, Click on Upload Picture, after you upload a picture to a folder.
Refresh the page after it's been changed.
Let me know if that doesn't work.

Upload a picture from wherever you want, although i don't think it can be too big.

If you made your both account (YA and FB) from mobile site then you won't be able to connect FB. Just go to desktop or laptop and log in from there, I'm sure you will be able to upload
