nude pics stolen from cell phone, published on facebook?
what are my legal options? It is important to know, I took the pictures, and they were stolen and uploaded to facebook from a locked phone, while I was sleeping.

Are they pictures of you?
If you're under 18, contact the local authorities. Ads |

if you're under-aged, the photos sent into public, that could cause defamation, could make it ruin your reputation as well as the person who posted it could be liable to child pornography, if you're under the age. if you're over, defamation sounds more savvy, but hard to come by as a case.

If you're under 18, then YOU could be arrested for producing child pornography, even if it is just yourself. That was really dumb for you to do that in the first place. If you hadn't done that, then none of this would be happening.

Contact facebook and take it up with them, they should be able to determine who uploaded them. Check with your state police to see if you can report this. BE MORE CAREFUL!
