Depends what you mean by social policy.
If you mean social freedom like drugs, hookers and the like... Libertarian
If you mean welfare, public housing and public healthcare... Its a European Blended economy

This is called "cognitive dissonance";-). This would be a short-lived nation because there would be no way for the economy and the social policy to form an integrated whole.

That would probably be Libertarianism.

Politics isn't a left and right thing anymore. There's economic ideologies and social ideologies. I'm a supporter of Communism to an extent, but my social ideals are nothing like Stalin's or Mao's, and I'm sure there are a few Conservatives out there who are right-wing fiscally speaking but their social ideals aren't anything like Hitler's.
