Can you use Instagram without the app?

I have an iPhone 3GS and downloaded Instagram and got a lilttle addicted, but then I had to down grade my softwear as my phone could not keep up, so now I can't have the app for it but am using the Internet for all my social networking sites, howeve I am having a few proplems with Instagram as it wont let me go on others blogs, like there pictures or even post any of my own and it's really starting to bugg me. And I'm starting to wounder if its a proplem with my phone or that's just how the online version is???? If you could let me no or have any tips as I loved post up my pictures thanks alot.
