How do people get the same filters?
There's people on Instagram who use the same filter in total different pictures and make the color look the same.. How do you do that? What app/filter?

Most apps have the same basic filters. Just go to the app store and search up "picture editor" and download whatever seems cool. I personally really like picstitch.
