My friend from Costa del sol (spain) just said this to me on twitter, what does it mean?>

''Hola amigo que tal? Que se dice en Inglaterra del Málaga? Se habla algo? Un saludo''

I tried google translate but it doesnt really explain it properly.. any english speaking spaniards here?

i would say: hi mate how are you? this bit is confusing. malaga is a spanish city. it could be "what is being said in england about malaga?" the next bit: "is anything said? my greetinngs"

i say this cause you can look for other explanations on google translate so now it looks like this:
''Hello friend are you? England is being said in Malaga? There is talk anything? A greeting''
but why would he mention the spanish city?
