How to disable account protection in facebook?
I have learned from friends that accessing facebook from a different computer and different IP in a different state (like cousin's computer on vacation abroad) can result in the account being locked and needing intervention in other ways to re-enable. I have myself come across face recognitions and such on a past vacation.
I don't want such protection, but seems I can't find an easy guide to disable it. I don't want roaming fees and keeping mobile number abroad. The e-mail account for verification might be locked out too in a similar way if I am away from home. Is there any way to disable account protection? Maybe telling facebook that I am going on vacation and just disable it for the next month? Ads |
