On my laptop, i have a Built in webcam. but there is no programs on here that show it. what do i do?

Depends what you want to do with it. As the other answerers said, there are a multitude of programs you can download to activate your webcam and do stuff with it. For ex. you want to chat or take pictures you could go on Rounds on Facebook (http://apps.facebook.com/chatrounds/conv...bannerid=0 ).
