Take the time to do these in order:

After it's rooted then do this:

The ROM you're gonna want is Cyanogenmod and you can get it here:

Download the first stable mod on the list (7.2) and load it and install then after install the Google Apps package: http://wiki.cyanogenmod.org/wiki/Latest_...oogle_Apps Download the one for Cyanogenmod 7
