"isshukan interneto nakunattan deshita.. gomen ne.. ima daijoubu kedo ne.. egaku shita no wa kore mitte kudasai.."

isshukan- a week; one week
interneto nakunatta- no internet connection
ima daijoubu kedo- but its ok now
egaku- drawing
mitte kudasai - please take a look at it

gomen ne.. is an casual way of saying "im sorry" , but its sweet to hear so better include it. or you can use shitsurei shimashita for more formal..
