Vote. If you allow a primary election to go by without voting you have missed an opportunity. The action is in the primaries. Make sure your voice is heard.

Stop letting people who don't want your same goals into your fold. And definitely don't give them a means to contradict the people who live here by letting them vote.

1 person, 1 vote has allowed people to usurp this nation internally. People with the most vested interest should have more power than someone who doesn't care and is voting for their own well being. Just being born here should entitle you to anything.

Then we'd have our nation back.

Term limits.

It takes time for lobbyists to develop relationships, and its harder when people don't spend 25 years hanging out in congress.

I'm not allowed to vote in the California primaries, because I am registered as an Independent.

Maybe we could start by stopping the ridiculous talking points against each party. We all know that the Republicans can't control women's health choices as the liberal side believes and we all know that Democrats aren't going to take your guns away like the Republicans believe. Electing an African-American president has thrown in a whole new spin on things. Despite what the media says Obama isn't throwing out freebies for votes and the Republicans aren't scaring people away from voting. Not all Democrats are poor but a lot of them are Christians. Not all Republicans are rich and a lot of them are not Christians. Maybe we could all become adults and treat each other like human beings and stand together for the good of the country. Let's agree to disagree based on reality and not on soundbites and conspiracy theories.
