On facebook i cant be friends with some people its just has there name but i cant be friends with them does anyone know why? thanks.

If the person has private security settings you need to send them a friend request first, then they have to approve it in order for you to be friends.

This means they have chosen to send friend requests only, they cannot receive friend requests. Therefore they want to choose the people they may friends with on facebook.

try clicking on there name and look around oon that page for something that says "ADD FRIEND"
