Have you had to explain to anyone how internet friends ARE real friends?

Many times. For those that are rarely connecting with others on-line, they have trouble understanding it all. I have lots of Facebook friends too. Sometimes I find more comfort from them than I do with ones I know. I love that you can be open and not feel like you are being judged.

Here on Y!A, it can be a mixed bag. I have met many wonderful people though. And, I appreciate ALL my friends..including you (((Birdy))) From the Zeeb

What I've had to explain is that some internet friends are never more than that, but some care to become daily friends with snail mail, phone calls and so much more. And the possibility of meeting those internet friends is not impossible.. if you don't limit yourself with it.

Most find me to be unrealistic, but I find it to be sad to limit how or where you make a friend.

not yet but youre right, internet friends can be real friends too, you just dont see them in person
