Why would my ex bf be keeping tabs on me after our break up?

I broke up with him and deleted and blocked him off everything.

He somehow used a friend or something and had access to see my facebook and Instagram and got really upset his friends were liking my stuff. I know he saw what I was doing cuz we talked and he brought it up and I even asked him how he knew.

Whys he keep tabs? Apparently he doesn't wanna her back together either.
