How do I tell a girl I just wanted to have sex with her?

I met this girl around three weeks ago at a party I kissed her that night and then i drove her home. A week later there was a bonfire party and she was there, we talked for a long time i drank a lot of beer, then we start kissing and went to my car and had sex. Now she's stalking me, she texts me several times per day, writes on my facebook profile and she wants to hang out again go to the movies, she invites me to her parties, things like that, but I'm not interested, I don't like her, but she's a nice girl and I don't wanna be cruel. What should I do?

I was interested in one night sex and nothing more. I don't know how to explain to her.
