Can't install Razer Surround Software?

so i've downloaded razer synapse, and install it. then i try to install razer surround. but when it gets to the part where it's checking installer requirements, it just automatically close without installing the software. and when i open my razer synapse, it says that i have to connect razer synapse 2.0 enabled devices. and so i did connect my razer kraken, but still it says that i have to connect razer synapse 2.0 enabled devices.so what is the problem? and what should i do?

Try this method

1. Kill Process and retry

2. Kill Process then Uninstall/Re-install and retry

3. UPDATE FIRMWARE

You need to have Framework Razer Synapse 2.0 requires Microsoft .NET Framework 4 to be installed. In preparation for Razer Synapse 2.0, users are encouraged to download and install the .NET Framework 4 through the Microsoft support site at
