You should join the military. It'll take you far away from the mess you're in and they offer a wealth of trauma services and counselling. Also, start reading ALL of John Maxwell's books on leadership like The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership. It'll help grow your leadership skills and develop a more positive, optimistic side to your personality. Your extreme negativity is causing 1/3 of your problems. The army will also help you develop higher self-confidence. This is crucial to the success of your therapy.
***EDIT*** Wait a minute. Are you female? If you're female then ignore what I wrote. Females handle trauma differently from males and the army would exacerbate your condition. Ads |
