Only if she has other reasons for concern. If he was cheating with her he would hardly let your sister know shes his fb friend.

Just tell your sister to calm down don't panic and that her boyfriend is with her. There a reason why people are called eX.

Why would there be? I'm friends with loads of people on facebook. Doesn't mean I fancy them all, does it? I'm facebook friends with my exes. Doesn't mean anything.
