It only goes with Twitter, actually. When you post a tweet if you hashtag something you want it to trend so other people use it. like say you tweeted "No homework all year! #seniors "
You want other people to use #seniors in their tweets. Or if you're tweeting about the cowboys #howboutthemcowboys haha it can be funny stuff. you can also do stuff like #ihateitwhen people block the hallways then that will trend and everybody will do a "#ihateitwhen" tweet. I hope this helps? People use hashtags on facebook, but they shouldn''t. that's not how it works. |
