Pertaining to Anthony Weiner, can you give a non-partisan answer to this question?

Twitter get's hacked all the time, it's not a very secure site and I highly highly doubt a congressman would post the picture Anthony posted. I follow him on Twitter and he deleted it very quickly when he found out. Andrew Breitbart was the one who posted about Anthony Weiner himself sending the pictures and it's patently absurd.

@Whiskey It was done through Twitter not through a government computer, Twitter does not have the encryption software the government has.

Burden of proof doesn't matter here. This is the doing of patriotusa76 aka Dan Wolfe. Weiner has >45,000 followers on Twitter, and Wolfe is the only one who got this tweet from Weiner. Most obvious fraud ever.
