It's a scam! It doesn't have the usual fb email notifications. If you keep the latest fb mails when someone mentioned you, compare it with this address and you'll learn the truth.

Facebook does not send out any type of email like this and you should make sure you don't click on any links provided in the email or send them any information. Report the message as spam.

It's not spam. It's genuine. Facebook sent it out to those they sponsored in an ad without their permission. Not worth the fight unless you sue on your own because you can only get up to $10.
