The software you are talking about, so called "malwarebyte " is a fake and will ask you for upgrading the package so that it can remove the errors and virus.
If my above statement is true then do the following things 1. Remove the malwarebyte completely from your PC. 2. Download a Good rated antivirus (See the download link in source column). 3. Install and Scan the entire PC. Now about Internet problem Well, there could be two possible causes 1. ISP- Call them and ask for the speed, one thing I would like to clear that some websites transfers data at very low speed. 2. PC- There could be possibility that the browser you are using is not working well (generally this happens with Google Chrome). In this case I will recommended you for using Firefox Ads |

You should follow the bellow steps...
1. Change your wireless device to a different channel. 2. Reposition your wireless router. 3. Avoid interference from other wireless devices. 4. Use an Ethernet cable. 5. Upgrade your device. If you still facing the problem then contact to your internet service provider and change your internet plan. |

Try scanning your PC with AdwCleaner and SUPERAntiSpyware
http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/adwcleaner.html http://www.superantispyware.com/download.html Then test your internet speed on http://speetest.net If it's slower than what you're paying for, call your ISP. |
