Cultures/Groups: Why do people blame black women when black men date out?

I feel this issue would bother me more if I was around a large number of black people.

Where I live I don't see black men with white women that often. According this site it is very common in certain areas. It would bother me more if I lived in these areas.

As an American from northern California most Black men that I see,know and have encountered date outside their race,I often see African American men with: White Ladies,with Mestizo ladies,with Asian ladies,Jewish ladies,Middle Eastern ladies.And most African American females that I see,know and have encountered stick to their own race.

Its usually be Black American who run to other races of women and degrade their own Black American women. I have much more repect for the Africans from Africa. For example a I put can a nasty comment about west arican girls I will get west africans males defending their women and ready to kick my ass. Black Americans males won't defend them.
