How do I dispute being banned from call of duty ghost?

if you have a call duty elite account registered to your email.you will weekly/monthly get emails from them.the next email you get from call of duty click the reply button and tell them that you are innocent from hacks.offensivelanguage,modding,or glitching insist that they scan you console and your online account for modding ,hacking and keep on sending them emails until they unban you. i did that and they gave me the info on who reported me and everythingg ,i reported the player who reported me and there banned until they get enough money to make a new account,by a new console, and rebuy call of duty ghosts,but again i got reported for modding and i convinced activision to once more unban me,but the i really did get hacked by some stupid adult and they uploaded all different types of crap to my playstation 3 and now im banned for life. and around what time did you guys find out that you were PERM banned cause it seems that most people were banned from about 3pm to about 5pm

Same thing happened to me last night when I went to log in to play online...said that I was banned permanently. Never cursed, cheated, modded, glitched or anything and nor do I ever want to learn how to. Apparently this is happening to a lot of people. I this keeps going, this will be my last purchase from anything that is ACTIVISION and I hope a lot of people do the same.

The same thing happened to me for going against the security and privacy rules. I have done nothing wrong, I do not use or own a mic. Perhaps I was put in a bad lobby with other modders but I am a fair player online. I hope that this is not permanent cause I refuse to make a new account!

I was also banned. I haven't played in a week. I am definitely in favor of pursuing legal action against Activision if this is not resolved. At the very least, I want a full refund for the game.

here is the issue.. thousand have been banned for NO reason but it doesn't matter.. its a glitch and they don't care.. you can call or email all you want and they say they DONT make mistakes… is what they say… they don't even KNOW YET ITS A GLITCH.. This is a SERIOUS BAD MARK FOR COD.. I am not sure if its a code issue or what.. but what is clear is they have banned large amounts of people for nothing.. ITS VERY VERY OBVIOUS IT IS AN ERROR FROM AN UPDATE.. BUT THEY ARE JUST READING RULES AND THOSE THAT ARE POSTING BY ACTIVISION THEMSELVES DONT EVEN KNOW THE ISSUE YET..

I am a lawyer one thing I can say I can see big money to be made here from activision they can try to hide behind rules and regulations that's why they banned supposedly but there's always a loop hole to go after them and just look at the world now people suing for the smallest thing like spilling coffee on themselves when buying it from McDonalds drive thru and winning big time, I see know different from this situation
