How do I dispute being banned from call of duty ghost?

Just got banned myself. 4:30 pm 3/15/14. No idea why. Was playing Safeguard by myself and then they just banned me. WTF?

Add me to the list. I was playing ghosts on ps3 and before the next match loaded a message window popped up and said I had been banned. I checked Codes of Conduct on their website and I am certain I have committed none of these offenses. At this point I don't think asking for a refund would be going too far.

Same here permanent ban, opened 4 cases via chat with Activision....basically telling me sorry all bans are final. Obviously something is wrong. I tried to escalate with no luck. I plan to call Activision HQ in Santa Monica on Monday.

Unbelievable that a public company can behave this way and instill policies where you have no course of action.

I think the update few days ago which gave me
Access to the building map. But it was auti update not mod or
Cheat.

I think there was an error on the update which trigger the ban. If they will not

my 13 year old son was just banned today too.. he has never hacked or cheated on any of the games he plays online... guess we'll all have to file a lawsuit against activation, infinity ward and sony to get anything fixed....

if my son HAD hacked his game and got banned, that would be fine, but he HAS NOT and WOULD NOT hack his game.. he has earned all the prestiges, camps, trophies, etc he has in the game... all you have to do is look at his kills, time played, K/D and see that it's NOT hacked...

i am calling Activision monday as well to get my sons console UNBANNED... their phone number is 310-255-2050. everyone should call them to file complaints

I have also been banned and did nothing wrong. I play on ps3 and it says my console has been personally banned. Won't even let me log in with other accounts.

same thing here. any news on how to reverse or join a lawsuit would be appreciated. no cheats, no Mic. no reason what so ever. son got banned too cause I tried to join his lobby. same system. split screen.
